Terms of Service

Effective date: June 12, 2026 · Applies to the Miracle iOS app and this website

1. Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and Assistant App Teknoloji Inc., Cinarli Mahallesi 1572 Sk. No:33, Konak / Izmir, Türkiye 35110 ("Miracle", "we", "us"). By using the Miracle app or purchasing on this website you accept them. You must be at least 18 and the parent or legal guardian of any child whose photos you upload.

2. The service

Miracle transforms photos you provide into AI-generated portraits, milestone art and related keepsakes. Some features are free with limited credits; full access requires a subscription ("Miracle Unlimited").

3. Your content and license

• You must own or have the right to use every photo you upload, and have the authority (as parent/legal guardian) to upload photos of any child shown.
• You keep all rights to your photos. Generated portraits are yours for personal, non-commercial use.
• You grant us only the limited, revocable license needed to host and process your photos and deliver results to you. We do not use your content to train AI models and do not use it in marketing without your separate consent.
• Prohibited: unlawful content, photos of people without authority or consent, attempts to generate sexual, violent, deceptive or otherwise harmful imagery, and any use that violates the rights of others. We may refuse processing and suspend accounts that violate this.

4. AI-generated results

Portraits are artistic AI creations based on your photo. Results vary; occasional artifacts or imperfect likenesses can occur, and identical prompts can give different results. We do not guarantee any specific output. Regeneration options and support are available when something looks wrong.

5. Subscriptions, billing and cancellation

• In-app purchases are billed by Apple to your Apple ID and renew automatically until cancelled in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Apple's terms and refund process apply.
• Web purchases on this site are sold by Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle handles payment, applicable taxes and invoicing, and its checkout terms apply alongside these terms. Web subscriptions renew automatically at the price shown before each renewal until cancelled via the manage-subscription link in your receipt email.
• A web purchase is delivered as access in the Miracle iOS app via a one-time unlock link sent to your email. Keep access to that email address.
• Web purchases include a 30-day money-back guarantee. Statutory withdrawal/consumer rights remain unaffected.
• Prices may change for future renewal periods; we will show the renewal price before it applies.
• One subscription covers one family/household account; it is not transferable or for resale.

6. Acceptable use

Do not reverse-engineer, scrape, overload, or interfere with the service; do not use bots or automation to generate content at scale; do not resell access or outputs as a service. Fair use limits may apply to "unlimited" generation to prevent abuse — limits are set so that normal personal use is never affected.

7. Intellectual property

The Miracle app, website, brand, templates and styles are our property or licensed to us. Except for your content and your generated portraits, nothing in these terms grants you rights in the service.

8. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and our total liability for all claims is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including for intent or gross negligence) or your statutory consumer rights.

9. Termination

You can stop using Miracle and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially violate these terms; if we terminate without cause, we will refund the unused portion of any prepaid period.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; Izmir courts and enforcement offices have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in the EU/UK/US, mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence remain available to you.

11. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app or by email before they take effect. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
