Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Miracle is operated by Assistant App Teknoloji Inc., Cinarli Mahallesi 1572 Sk. No:33, Konak / Izmir, Türkiye 35110 ("Miracle", "we", "us"). We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. Contact: company@assistantapp.net.

Miracle lets parents and guardians turn their own baby and family photos into AI-generated milestone portraits and keepsake art. This policy is specific to Miracle and replaces any general multi-app policy for Miracle users.

2. Photos and AI — the part you care about most

• Photos you upload are used only to create the portraits and features you explicitly request, and to show them back to you in your account.
• Your photos are never used to train AI models. We do not train models on your content, and we use AI providers under terms that do not permit them to use your content for training.
• To generate a portrait, your photo is transmitted over encrypted connections to AI image-processing providers — currently Google (Gemini) and OpenAI — solely to produce the result you requested.
• Photos and generated results are stored in Google Cloud / Firebase (our hosting provider), linked to your account, until you delete them or your account.
• We never use your photos in marketing without your separate, explicit consent.

3. Children's data

Miracle is built for adults — parents and legal guardians. We do not allow children to create accounts and do not knowingly collect data directly from children. Information about your child (photos, name, birth date, gender) is provided by you, under your control, and used only to personalize your portraits and milestone reminders. You can delete it at any time. If you believe a child has used Miracle directly, contact us and we will delete the data.

4. What we collect and why

• Account data: an anonymous account identifier created when you first open the app. You are not required to register with an email to use the app.
• Child profile data you choose to enter: name, birth date, gender — used solely for personalization. Legal basis: consent / performance of contract.
• Photos and generated content: as described in section 2. Legal basis: performance of contract.
• Purchase data: subscription status and transaction identifiers via Apple (in-app) or Paddle (web checkout, as merchant of record), managed through RevenueCat. We never receive or store full payment card details. Email address if you purchase on the web (for receipts and your unlock link). Legal basis: performance of contract, legal obligations.
• Usage and diagnostics: app interactions, crash reports and device information (model, OS version, language) to keep Miracle working and improve it. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
• Advertising measurement: on this website we use the Meta Pixel and server-side conversion events to measure whether our ads work; in the app we use Apple's attribution frameworks (e.g. Apple Search Ads attribution). Legal basis: consent where required, otherwise legitimate interest.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your photos or your child's data for advertising.

5. Service providers (processors)

• Google Cloud / Firebase — hosting, storage, authentication, analytics, crash reporting
• Google (Gemini) and OpenAI — AI image processing on your request
• RevenueCat — subscription management across app and web
• Apple — in-app payments
• Paddle — web payments, as merchant of record (Paddle is an independent controller for payment processing; see Paddle's privacy policy)
• Meta — advertising measurement for our website campaigns

Each provider processes data under a data-processing agreement and only for the purposes above. Providers may process data in the United States and the European Union; transfers are protected by standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.

6. Retention and deletion

• Your data is kept while your account is active.
• Deleting a photo or child profile in the app removes it from our active systems.
• Deleting your account (in-app: Settings → Account → Delete) permanently removes your photos, child profiles and personal data from our systems within 30 days, except records we must keep for legal/accounting reasons (e.g. purchase records).
• You can also request deletion by email at any time.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location, you have rights under the GDPR (EU/UK), the CCPA/CPRA (California), KVKK (Türkiye) and similar laws: access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction or objection to processing, and withdrawal of consent. We honor these rights for all users regardless of location — email company@assistantapp.net and we will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.

8. Security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to production data is restricted and logged. No system is perfectly secure — if a breach affects your data, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by law.

9. Changes

We will post any changes here and update the effective date; material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
